User bill wrote about ver. 3.0 2009-04-24 The trial version is totally useless.
If you wanted me to buy it, it should at least do SOMETHING.
User Adrian (Australia) wrote about ver. 3.0 2009-04-19 I've been using GuaPDF since 2004. I find it to be an essential tool for when I'm researching a particular topic and I need to extract a paragraph of two out of a pdf document that normally wouldn't allow this. A great program that I wouldn't be without.
User Jeremy B wrote about ver. 3.0 2009-04-15 I've been using GuaPDF for 8 years, and in that time it has never failed. Restrictions removal is basically instantaneous and brute force cracking is very, very fast. Every time the program has created a perfect, unrestricted copy of the original PDF.
Having the ability to edit/modify PDF files directly is far more efficient than the tedious alternatives of printing & handwriting or text/image extraction. In fact I am using GuaPDF today to edit documents for a business transaction.
If you use or work with PDF files with any frequency, GuaPDF is an essential tool. Also take the time to read about what it can and can't do, since there is some misleading information in these reviews. The homepage specifically states that third-party encryption schemes (such as ebooks) are NOT supported.
Hands-down one of the BEST programs I've ever purchased. 5/5 My rating:5
User Harry Scholberg wrote about ver. 3.0 2009-04-09 Seems to be doing exactly what is specified and damned fast at that!
