Takes some work to figure out, but definitely worth it!
Here's a quick intro, for those that can't bear to read manuals:
(You can ignore the passworded file that's included - it's just for testing)
Create a definition file (e.g. TST.DEF), with the following lines:
This will test any password with lowercase letters.
If you replace "$a" with "[$a $A $1]" it will test any combination of lower- & uppercase letters, as well as digits.
(For other options, you'll have to read the manual...)
Then call it via "crark -pTST.DEF YOURFILE.RAR".
If the header is encrypted (you can't even *see* the files inside the rar file without the right password), use crark-hp instead of crark.
And that's it... My rating:5

I've tested the crark utility on the following systems:
Difference between athlon 64 and x2 not significant. On x2 the cpu usage is only grow till 50%, not more. So it just used only 1 core.
BYE! My rating:4

There's no password, people... Just wondering, how many more dilettants will visit this section? Those who didn't know what this tool is, would be better to stay away from here... :P

For the people who are baffled by the password protected sample file, crackme: Extract all the files to a director and cancel the password entry box. Then go to the directory you extracted the fies to and type:
crark -pcrackme.def crark31.rar
This will test the password cracker. My rating:4

Password is not needed for workin. It is only sample. SAMPLE! Open arc in WinRAR MANUALLY and extr. all file without * near. Another one with * is a SAMPLE. Just Sample!! My rating:4
